Making small Progress
I have made a small bit of progress on my stocking. A little bit is better than nothing. I have so very many projects going on!

StockingAlong
Welcome to the 2007 StockingAlong. The primary goal of this knitalong is to help everyone to work towards a Christmas deadline on knit (or crochet stockings). However, if you have a different holiday project in mind (tree skirt, garland, any sort of decorative type item), please feel free to join in. And, of course, those knitting for other winter holidays (Hannukah, Kwanzaa, etc.) are welcome too. The more the merrier.

Thanks! I am new at this, and was so happy that I was able to actually CHANGE colors. A simple task for some, a giant FEAT for me!

This pattern is actually the "Toe up Sock Pattern" from Wendy Knits (link found on my blog). I modified the pattern to get the gauge/size I wanted. So far, so good! Thank you for the comments!
Oh yeah...and...since this was my first stocking...I didn't want to have to FROG my good yarn. I ended up buying some Red Heart holiday yarn. I like how it is sparkly...shiny is good. :)
